These terms and conditions, apply to all services made available from Greatjaipurhotels.com (GJH) online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, user shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted the terms and conditions set out below (which includes privacy statement as well) of this agreement, which shall govern the desired transaction or provision of such services by GJH for all purposes, and shall be binding on the User. Subject to amended from time to time.
These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online hotel reservation service provided on these pages and through the website (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by Greatjaipurhotels.com ("Greatjaipurhotels.com", "us", "we" or "our") and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
1. General Terms & Conditions
• According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
• The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 Noon and the standard check-out time is 12 Noon. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
• The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Greatjaipurhotels.com will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
2. Scope of our Service
Through the website we Greatjaipurhotels.com provide an online platform through which hotels (including all types of temporary accommodation) can offer their rooms for reservation, and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations. By making a reservation through Greatjaipurhotels.com, you enter into a contractual relationship (legally binding) directly with the hotel at which you book. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant hotel and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the hotel.
Additionally, the Service Provider (hotel) itself may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to service. The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers' fare rules, contract of carriage or other rules.
When rendering our services, the information disclosed in our website is based on the information provided by the hotels. The hotels have been provided access to an extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on our website. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each hotel remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level or rating of any hotel made available.
Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, user is not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
3. Prices
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the Greatjaipurhotels.com website are shown on per room per day basis and are calculated later for your entire stay and are displayed including all taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email.
Sometimes discounted rates are available on our website for a specific stay at a hotel for a specific time however, these rates made by hotels may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
In the event of a cross out rate, we have compared the offered rate with the second highest rate (to be) paid by another customer who made a reservation for that or a similar room within a period of 30 days before and 30 days after your (contemplated) stay. This means that you get the same room for a lower price compared to other customers who booked that room.
The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.
In the rare possibilities of the reservation not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same. GJH is not under any obligation to make another booking in lieu of or to compensate/ replace the unconfirmed one. All subsequent further bookings will be treated as new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation.
4. Privacy
Greatjaipurhotels.com uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and contact details for completing your booking with the relevant hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to our affiliated (group) companies , including our and our affiliated (group) companies' employees and our trusted agents and representatives who have access to this information with our permission and who need to know or have access to this information to perform our service (including customer services and internal (audit/compliance) investigation) to and for the benefit of you. 5. Usage of mobile numbers by GJH
GJH may send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, or any such other information relevant for the transaction, via SMS or by voice call on the contact number given by the User at the time of booking, GJH may also contact the User by voice call, SMS or email in case the User couldn’t or hasn’t concluded the booking, for any reason what so ever, to know the preference of the User for concluding the booking and also to help the User for the same. The User hereby unconditionally consents that such communications via SMS and/ or voice call by GJH is (a) upon the request and authorization of the User, (b) ‘transactional’ and not an ‘unsolicited commercial communication’ as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI) and (c) in compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad. The User will indemnify GJH against all types of losses and damages incurred by GJH due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous compliant raised by the User on GJH with respect to the intimations mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.
6. Free of Charge
Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate.
7. Credit Card
Banks require your credit card details as you have to pay for one day stay in advance to guarantee your reservation. As such, you are redirected to bank website to make this payment and complete your reservation. Remaining payment has to be made at the hotel at which your booking is made.
In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible. Please make sure that you report this fraud to your credit card provider (in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures) and contact us immediately by email (support@greatjaipurhotels.com). Please state 'credit card fraud' in the subject line of your email and provide us with evidence of unauthorized use of your card. We will immediately cancel your booking and refund your amount.
8. Advertiser on GJH or linked website:
GJH is not responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of its pages or on any links or on any of the linked website pages. GJH does not endorse any advertiser on its web pages in any manner. The Users are requested to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.
The linked sites are not under the control of GJH and GJH is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. GJH is providing these links to the Users only as a convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the site by GJH.
9. Further Correspondence
Once you complete your booking with us we send you a confirmation mail along with full details about hotel and payments. By completing a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly before your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers relevant to your booking and destination, and (ii) an email with feedback form which we may send to you promptly after your stay at the hotel inviting you to complete our guest review survey. This survey is important so we can categorize the hotels based on their services. Other than the email confirmation providing for the confirmation of the booking, the guest review invitation and the emails for which you may have actively opted in, we shall not send you any further (solicited or unsolicited) notices, emails or correspondence, unless you specifically agree otherwise.
10. Guest Reviews
The completed feedback form may be (a) uploaded onto the relevant hotel’s information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the hotel, and (b) (wholly or partly) used and placed by Greatjaipurhotels.com at its sole discretion (e.g. for marketing, promotion or improvement of our service) on our website or such social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by Greatjaipurhotels.com. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The feedback form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever.
11. Disclaimer
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).
However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its contents shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the hotel as made available on our website, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the hotel, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (v) for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the hotel (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
12. Miscellaneous
Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available on or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by Greatjaipurhotels.com, its suppliers or providers.
To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The original version of these terms and conditions may have been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and you cannot derive any rights from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the orignal version and any other language version of these terms and conditions, the original version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be conclusive. The version is available by default on our website and shall be sent to you upon your written request.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions. |
